This is a level one introduction to yoga. Following a Vinyasa style sequencing, emphasizing breath with movement, you will be introduced to several fundamental postures of yoga. Although an introductory level class, it is challenging and it will make you sweat! Yoga builds strength, flexibility and focus both in and out of practice. This class is set to music to keep you moving and motivated. If you are interested in learning about yoga and its benefits, this is a great place to start. You do not have to be extremely flexible to practice yoga. Flexibility develops with practice. Towel and yoga mat are recommended.
