Rockout While You Workout!

The Pound workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training training with Pilates and yoga inspired movements. Using Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks), Pound transforms drumming into an effective workout. This is designed for all fitness levels as all routines are easily modifiable. Ripstix will be provided during class, please bring a yoga mat.
Dates: Thursdays: February 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, March 5th and 12th
