Love competitive dance? This class is for you!
This class is geared towards current 6th grade- 11th grade, (next years 7-12).
*Students can try out for the dance team in 7th grade. *This class is not required for dance team. *This is a technique class.
This class is for students who have been on the dance team and also those who are wanting to join next year. We will focus on stretching for better performance, Jazz technique/combos, Kick technique and combos.
Class will be coached by Grace Kittelson and Audrey Schlager, dance team Alumni. Both Audrey and Grace have been on the Varsity Dance Team in Stewartville since it began 4 years ago. Before Dance Team they were both in Just For Kix.
The goal for the class is to take individual dancers to the next level. Dancers will be recorded on day one and then again at the end of each month to see improvements in skill and technique.

*Note Grace and Audrey are coaching this class but they are not Tiger Dance Team coaches.
*This class is not required to try out for the dance team and is not being led by the coaching staff for the team.
