Gymnastics classes for Levels 1-4.
Level 1: Beginning level instruction of basic skills for tumbling, vaulting, uneven bars, and balance beam. No previous experience required.
Level 2: Sign up for level 2 if you have the following skills:
- Floor: Cartwheel with straight legs, bridge-hold for 20 seconds
- Bars: pull-over with minimal help, back hip circle with moderate help
- Beam: tuck jump on beam, round-off off of beam
- Vault: Jump on springboard to donkey kick on vault
Level 3: Sign up for level 3 if you have the following skills:
- Floor: Round-off with a rebound jump, backbend stand-up with minimal help, back walkover with minimal help
- Bars: pull-over independently back hip circle with minimal help
- Beam: handstand on beam with minimal help
- Vault: Jump on springboard to handstand on vault with minimal help
Level 4: Sign up for level 4 if you have the following skills:
- Floor: back handspring with spot, back walkover independently
- Bars: pull-over, back hip circle, long-hang pullover with moderate help
- Beam: cartwheel on beam with minimal help
- Vault: jump on springboard to front handspring with minimal help
